Davidor is a rare luxury house — defined by architectural storytelling, exquisite craftsmanship, and a strong brick-and-mortar presence. The brand already held meaningful awareness through boutiques and in-person relationships. The challenge was clear: turn that offline equity into a scalable, high-performing digital growth engine.
Our work together focused on four pillars: paid media, creative A/B testing, email and lifecycle programs, and marketing/sales enablement around Salesforce. Alongside that, we provided data-backed UX and funnel insights for Davidor’s internal teams and partners to implement.

Turning Retail Equity Into Digital Demand
Davidor’s boutiques and physical presence already generated strong brand equity. Our first objective was to create a performance framework that could capture that demand digitally and turn it into measurable revenue.
Paid Media & Acquisition

Luxury brands live and die on relationships. Email became a key channel for extending Davidor’s boutique-level experience into a structured, scalable lifecycle.
- Designed email strategies for welcome, browse, cart, and post-purchase journeys
- Aligned messaging with the brand’s visual and narrative standards across all flows
- Used segmentation and performance data to prioritize high-value cohorts and VIP experiences
The result: lifecycle programs that felt true to the brand’s aesthetic while gently increasing consideration, conversion, and repeat behavior.
Marketing & Sales Enablement With Salesforce
To support high-touch clienteling at scale, we helped structure the way Salesforce was used by the team — not as a static database, but as an active growth tool.

While another team handled the actual UX and development work, our role was to surface the right insights so those changes were always guided by performance and behavior.
