FAQs
1. What type of eCommerce brands do you typically work with?
I work with brands in the $20K to $5M+ monthly range that have strong brand potential and early demand. What they need is a fully connected system that aligns acquisition, retention, and operations with a performance-first mindset and precise execution.
2. How is ITTD different from a marketing agency?
You work directly with me, Andrés, not an account manager. ITTD operates like an embedded growth partner, aligning with your internal team to drive performance across acquisition, retention, and operations.
3. Do you handle both strategy and execution?
Yes. Strategy is only valuable when it’s executed well. I develop the roadmap and oversee every part of implementation with my vetted network of specialists.
4. What areas of the business do you focus on?
Everything tied to growth — paid media, lifecycle (email/SMS), CRO, analytics, website optimization, creative testing, and product strategy. Anything that helps your store grow faster and more profitably.
5. How long does it take to see results?
You’ll typically see traction within the first 30–60 days. Most brands experience double-digit growth by the end of our first 6-month cycle.
6. What’s your contract structure?
All engagements are structured as 6-month partnerships with the option to renew. About 95% of clients choose to continue because the collaboration remains productive and aligned with their goals.
7. What’s included in the monthly fee?
Everything your store needs to grow. Strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization are all included in one flat monthly fee — no hidden upsells, no hourly billing.
8. Do you offer guarantees?
No guarantees — and no gimmicks. Every business is different. That said, every single brand I’ve partnered with has seen double-figure growth in their first six months.
9. Do you have a waitlist?
Yes. Depending on availability, new client onboarding can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months. I only take on a limited number of brands at a time to maintain full involvement.
10. What’s your onboarding process like?
It starts with a deep growth audit. From there, we map out a 30/60/90-day plan and start executing immediately. Every week has clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
11. Do you only work with Shopify brands?
Almost exclusively. I work with Shopify and Shopify Plus because of their flexibility and scalability — though exceptions have been made for exceptional cases.
12. Do you manage shipping or fulfillment?
No — but I collaborate closely with 3PLs and can recommend trusted partners. My focus is ensuring your logistics and customer experience don’t become growth bottlenecks.
13. How hands-on are you day-to-day?
Very. I integrate directly with your team and systems — Slack, Asana, WhatsApp, etc — and act as an operator, not just a consultant. You’ll always know what’s happening and why.
14. How many brands do you work with at a time?
Typically 5 to 7 at most. That’s what allows me to stay hands-on and ensure every brand gets the focus and velocity it deserves.
15. Can you help if I’m just starting out?
If you have strong product-market fit and early traction, yes. I help emerging brands turn that momentum into a scalable, repeatable growth system.
16. Do you work with larger or more established brands too?
Absolutely. Many clients come to me doing 7- or even 8-figures but want sharper systems, stronger margins, or cleaner data to scale efficiently.
17. Do you bring your own team or use mine?
You get a complete growth function — strategy, execution, and the support required to operate at a high level. I fill in the gaps so your team can focus on what they do best.
18. How do you measure success?
By outcomes, not activity. Growth rate, profitability, retention, and operational efficiency are the key KPIs. Every action is tied to measurable ROI.
19. What does communication look like?
You’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp, Text, Slack, Calls and weekly or bi-weekly calls. We keep communication clear, fast, and actionable.
20. How do we get started?
Send a message or book a call! If we’re a fit, we’ll schedule an intro call to review your brand, goals, and timeline. If everything looks good, I’ll reserve a start date once a contract slot opens.
